Gotta Love Hampton Beach!Planning your vacation? We have good news! The 2023 Visitor's Guide, which is created by the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Hampton Beach Village District, is now available online to download in PDF Format or you can fill out a form to request to have one mailed your way. You can also pick one up at the Information Center at the beach when they open. Find the guide on our website here: hamptonbeach.org/vacation-guide/

We do only print so many of these and it's very time-consuming (and expensive to mail) so please download and flip through the PDF version, if possible. You'll have the info instantly and (maybe) save a tree! Either way, go check it out! hamptonbeach.org/vacation-guide/

Also, many thanks to Rachel Tetrault for sending us the photo that the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce used on the cover! Congrats!! πŸ™‚

Another NH historical Nugget to share.#OnThisDayInHistory

Philip Carrigain is born on February 20, 1772 in Concord, NH. He graduated from Dartmouth and practiced law in Concord. Carrigain served as Secretary of State in the New Hampshire Legislature from 1805-1809. Chosen in part for his distinguished handwriting, in 1816 he produced the first map of the state of New Hampshire to show town boundaries. He died in 1842.
